How can Sweden be better integrated?

The Swedish governing Alliance presents a nine point program today on how to foster Integration in the country
After finally acknowledging yesterday that their government has done nothing to assist immigrants in the country integrate, ruling government party officials met today to propose a nine point proposal to use in stimulating what is known here as Integration in the country.

It is a shame that Sweden is this low in recognising the fact that they have a diverse society and that there is the need for all the forces in the country to unit and build a strong whole. High quality immigrant Swedes – I mean those who were born in Sweden but whose parents are ‘non –swensons’are totally out of the system. They rely on hand outs for survival and Sweden is the only civilised country were a PhD holder does cleaning for living only because of he or she has the wrong skin colour.

Today the failed politicians seat and say they are proposing means which will make it easier for that sector of the society which is heavily discriminated in jobs, housing, entertainment, education, healthcare and the like to be ‘accepted’.
When the economy goes down, they are the biggest losers and when things get better they are still losers.
What is happening is Sweden - though more institutional in Sweden, is very common in all the so-called developed countries. Since there is no more open colonisation today, the ‘superior white race’ has become ‘afraid’ of what? I cannot tell. The are the best educated, best accessed to financial capital, best closer to the best places to live, drive in the best cars, send their children to the best schools – why are they afraid? In England they’ll say “immigrants come in and steal our jobs”, same in Sweden, American and the like of the paradises in the world.

But my interest in Sweden where they population is smaller and there is the need to use all the skills that are available to push forward this country.
We at scancomark.se will make the following proposal for Sweden to gain better diversity

The first step is that the government and local communes tale it to them to employ more immigrants. Immigrants could be employed in council offices, schools, hospitals, post offices, and all those places financed by public money. Swedish people should become more accustomed to immigrants this way as such that fear will begin to reduce.

Leave the private companies alone- let them choose who ever they want to employ.
